Job description
Interfacing with the Finance Manager and Financial Controller of the area you will be responsible for developing relationships with your business unit, communicating financial results to colleagues at differing levels, whilst challenging them and holding them accountable for delivery of demanding financial targets. This role has a high level of exposure to senior individuals both internally and externally. So the preferred candidate will be confident in their approach and have a clear drive to succeed. Creating value for our stakeholders will be key part of the role. Being able to challenge existing practises and confidence in questioning the status quo is essential. As the departments activities change and develop it is key that the systems and processes reflect and support this. Essentials: candidates will need a very good business awareness, commercial acumen, management accounting and analytical experience.
