It is currently adding resource to its Finance team at a senior level and as part of that is looking to hire an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This role sits at both the heart of the Finance team and the heart of the business. Critical to the success of this position is the ability to build and develop strong working relationships at all levels across the business. The successful candidate will be able to evidence rapid progression within fast-paced or complex organisations. Furthermore he or she will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of building excellent relationships at all levels and relating financial concepts to non-financial management. Commercial in outlook, the candidate will be capable of looking outside the realms of traditional finance and see the wider commercial impact of decisions.
