Job description
Great opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing market leading multi-site super brand, who is looking to recruit an FP & A Manager to lead a team of 3 Business Analysts supporting the wider business and proactively deliver improvements to business performance understanding and insight. This is a true business partnering role where you will engage with heavily with IT Managers and operations to analyse business KPIs and the customer journey to influence key business decisions. In addition you will prepare annual budgets, regular forecasting, pricing analysis and have involvement in a variety of commercial business initiatives. Essential experience required: qualified Accountant with experience working in multi-site retail/leisure/hospitality; managing and developing a team; experience working with multi-dimensional databases; ideally Cognos; proven ability to work cross functionally and influence senior finance and non-finance stakeholders; strong commercial acumen, together with excellent analytical and presentation skills.
