Job description
This global Fashion company with a presence in over 40 countries is currently recruiting a Group Financial Analyst to play a key role in the preparation, review and analysis of all reporting requirements across the group to a variety of stakeholders on a monthly basis with particular focus on shared services and consolidated direct head office costs. Responsibilities will include: ensuring that support for the group reporting process for weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting is clear, accurate and effective; preparation and analysis of all group cost reports that includes monthly accounts, budgeting, quarterly forecasting and three year plans; to develop working relationships with Brand Financial Managers to ensure that consistency is applied to all financial reporting in all cost reporting including head office and shared services; monthly P&L review with all shared services Directors, producing shared services pack with commentaries highlighting risks and opportunities to the CEO and CFO; preparation and ownership of all group and non-brand balance sheets and cash flows for budgets and forecasts that is consolidated by the Group Financial Reporting Manager and assist the Group FC and FD with production of brands long-term strategic plans and projects. The successful candidate will be qualified and have strong commercial and financial accounting skills. You will also possess the ability to present financial information to non-finance staff and senior management.
