Job description

Highly regarded Financial Services Group based in the heart of London is looking to strengthen its Finance team by recruiting an individual who will undertake a variety of key tasks and responsibilities including consolidation of group financials on a monthly basis, analysis of group consolidated balance sheet and P&L, financial reporting, reconciliation of group figures to local ledgers, reviewing head office FX exposure, maintaining new consolidation system to ensure successful delivery of financial statements etc. This exciting opportunity will suit a qualified or part-qualified Accountant who can demonstrate well rounded financial and management accounting skills to specifically include financial consolidations ideally gained in a 'group environment. Exposure to IFRS would be advantageous but equally important is an interest in detail and the ability to develop/sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role is being recruited for a permanent basis but there is also a need for an individual on a temporary basis so active consideration will be given to relevant applicants available immediately.
