Two newly created roles are centred on the management of both strategic and operational finance delivery across the Europe and Asia Regions. As Regional Finance Business Partner you will play a significant role by working closely with your Regional Director in a true “Business Partner” relationship to realise the region’s enormous growth potential. Your international mindset and the ability to operate in a complex global branded business will allow you to develop and evaluate business models and execute key elements of the strategy. You will ensure finance can demonstrably add value to the business to drive growth in revenues and profits. You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of short/long term sales, margin management, overhead and profit targets, identifying and evaluating investment strategies and developing the regional pricing and trading models. You will ensure that risk management is embedded within the region as well as contributing positively to the quality of the control environment in the region.
You will be a qualified accountant used to working in a multi-channelled global business with previous business partnering or decision support experience. As a motivational leader, you will use your commercial expertise to focus on performance and your communication skills to collaborate with the local teams and Group to drive results for your region.
Progression is planned for this role and may include an overseas relocation if desired. International travel is necessary.
