Job description

A Commercially orientated Head of Financial Planning and Analysis is required for a £500m multi-site business that is driving extensive growth with the aim of becoming the market leader in its respective field. Acting as a right-hand partner to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will be responsible all aspects of planning, reporting and analysis. Your key responsibilities will include: ownership of all aspects of divisional financial results; provide professional, high quality business support to senior management and operations functions; work with senior management to develop the Division’s strategy. Manage the 5 year plan process to support the operational plan; understanding and developing reporting processes and systems to improve efficiency and timeliness of reporting; management and development of a team of 2 Qualified Accountants. The successful candidate will be Qualified with a strong financial planning / reporting background from a multi-site business. You will possess a demonstrable level of commercial experience with a strong focus on supporting an operational business unit. Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability of working cross functionally are essential.
