Job description
A £160m turnover global division of a FTSE 100 business. Our client works with the world’s leading brands and countries, providing consulting services across the Healthcare Pharmaceutical and Chemical industry sectors. Reporting to the CFO and CEO, the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis is a key position will take total ownership of the division’s business planning and management information processes. A forward looking and commercially challenging role, its remit is to create a planning environment that can support the reporting and strategic needs, whilst also implementing a regional focus that will ensure an enhanced operational and commercial contribution to each area. As such it is a unique opportunity to refine/design the systems, processes and planning tools within a complex organisation, making a significant impact on the management of the critical business information and decisions made by the Board. A commercially aware qualified Accountant, you will have demonstrable success in business planning and performance monitoring, systems development and staff management. This combined with your effective communication and influencing skills, will ensure that you are well able to manage and develop relationships across a diverse business.
