Job description

Our Dubai based client is a leading multinational Professional Services organisation with sales of $250m. In recent years the business has experienced rapid growth through global expansion and has ambitious plans of growing revenues to $500m in the next 3 years. As a result the business is looking to recruit a high-calibre finance professional who will assist in driving financial performance, growth and improve the quality of decision-making across the global business. Reporting directly to the CFO and managing a small team, your principal responsibilities will include: developing and maintaining close relationships with the senior management to provide first class financial analysis and support on key business decisions; managing the financial planning, forecasting and budgeting responsibilities for global business units; presenting analysis on all key acquisition targets, performing valuations and providing a financial due diligence capability to internal stakeholders; working in part of a Project team for the development of a new accounting system with the focus on the provision of high quality management information. The successful candidate will be a commercially oriented qualified Accountant with a strong background of financial planning and analysis ideally gained within a services/contract driven environment. You will have the emotional intelligence and communication skills to drive change and the credibility to challenge and influence senior management.
