Job description
Morgan Consultancy is experiencing a strongly increased demand from a number of leading Private Equity firms for experienced Non Executive Directors to provide independent governance and strategic advice to the Management Teams within their portfolio client companies based across the North & N West. Typically, this will involve attendance at the monthly Board meeting plus an additional 2 – 3 days per month engagement on a flexible basis. To apply, you must already be an experienced NED, previously operating at CEO level heading a Board of Directors, looking for an additional client to add to existing NED commitments and be able to provide senior level strategic advice and governance and ideally access to a network of relevant specific industry contacts and potential customers to facilitate profitable business development.
