Job description
A Financial Controller is required for an international multi-site business with a diverse portfolio of consumer services. Reporting into the Regional Finance Director, the Regional Financial Controller will be financially responsible for the £70m business unit across their three European regions. Key responsibilities will include: management of all financial and management reporting processes; full responsibility for the financial planning and analysis responsibilities; delivery of the annual statutory accounts and consolidation packs; working closely with the Business Unit General Managers supporting key commercial decisions; assisting the Regional Finance Director on strategy and business development projects; management, development and training a team of 16 direct / indirect reports. As a highly impressive senior finance professional with significant operational exposure, you will have experience of working within a commercial, fast paced customer facing environment. The successful candidate will possesses a technically strong background and be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial aptitude and also be experienced in managing and developing teams.
