Job description
A large Corporate bank seeks to attract an accomplished Business Analyst to join an established Project Management team tasked with developing and improving the bank’s finance operating model and finance system changes. The role holder will ideally have an accountancy background coupled with strong knowledge and experience of structured project management methodologies. Experience required: understanding of the bank’s balance sheet, P&L and products; budgeting & forecasting process experience; a thorough understanding of the end-to-end finance operating model; excellent interpersonal skills, including highly effective written and verbal communication & influencing skills; experience of implementing Oracle Hyperion Planning/HFM; project management expertise; business analysis experience; lean methodology experience; ability to work with limited supervision, using own initiative and providing leadership when needed. The role holder will provide project management expertise to the delivery of a phased Hyperion Planning forecasting solution. Key tasks will include work stream planning, collating business requirements, identifying system and process changes based on these requirements, engaging on a regular basis with key stakeholders, using previous knowledge and experience to critique design solutions, ensuring governance matters are complied with, drive project implementation including testing, training, transition to new systems and processes and dependencies on other workstreams.
