Job description
Greenwell gleeson has been instructed to recruit for a qualified Accountant in this newly created senior role. The role holder will be responsible for assisting the business expand an existing shared service centre and subsequent management and leadership of a large team. The key duties as expected will the provision of accurate data to the business in line with accounting policies, meeting and exceeding KPIs, budget setting for the SSC, working with stakeholder to provide accurate information to support business unit and cash flow forecasting as well as continuously improving processes and controls. To be considered for this position you will need to have extensive experience of working in a Central Accounting team as well as experience of managing and developing large teams. Additionally you need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills as the role will regularly interface with senior management. Finally experience of SAP would be an advantage.
