Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for one of Britain's favourite Retailers. The role requires an exceptionally commercial person to work within the shared service centre as a Service Delivery Reporting Manager. The main purpose of the role is to fully understand the customer services requirements and key concern/issues. You will also be required to translate those concerns and issues into agreed action plans for finance process improvements and finally to develop, produce and use financial process metrics to drive understanding and changes in behaviour relating to those processes. This opportunity should not be missed.
