A strong commercial director with a hands on mentality is required to facilitate the future growth that will accompany the economic recovery. This is a key leadership role within the business and as such you will have the gravitas to influence and implement change for the betterment of future development.

You will be an ambitious proactive individual who has excellent technical and commercial accounting knowledge with strong interpersonal, communication, numerical and analytical skills. You will have experience in dealing with tight cashflows and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Appropriate tax advisory qualification or studying towards such a qualification (ideally CTA qualified). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including face to face, over the telephone and written. Previous experience of providing an advisory service to clients. An ability to create documentation that is easy to understand and that can be used within a training environment.
