My client, a rapidly growing organisation enjoying a progressive period of growth and profit are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the business.

The role will be to assist the company in its next stage of expansion. You will travel extensively 2-3 days per week to various subsidiaries’ based nationally across the UK to meet with local managers and discuss current activity, profitability, costs and analyse trends in order to report back into the business on the next stages of growth.

You will play a key role in the business’ expansion and therefore the role is highly visible. Think of this as a Senior Business Partnering role with management and the ability to drive profitability.

Please note the level of travel required in the role. Whilst you will absolutely have the ability to manage your diary there will be extensive travel across the UK with some over night stays required, all fully expensed with a fully expensed car etc.

You will be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified as a minimum and will ideally be from a large multi site business background. You will build relationships naturally and be highly commercial in your thought process. The role is hands on and will also manage 2-4 people as the team expands. You will therefore need to be a team leader who can manage remotely where required.

Strong communication skills are important, as you will be delivering presentations to Directors and the senior management members.
