Assistant Accountant Up to £30 0000 Supply/Logistics
Our client is a leader in the logistics market. Due to continual growth and success they are currently seeking an Assistant Accountant to assist the financial accountant with the preparation of monthly accounts, calculation of various monthly accruals and prepayments, reconciliations of various P&L costs, daily cash reporting and fixed asset transactions. This role will work directly with the Financial Accountant and will also include preparation of journals, VAT returns and provide assistance with ad-hoc projects.
This is why we need accomplished Assistant Accountant who will act has excellent attention with proven experience in the key responsibilities outlined and who ideally has a background in logistics. You will be a confident user of Excel and preferably SAP. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, confident and either QBE of AAT qualified or part qualified CIMA
