Due to growth our client is looking to recruit an Internal Audit Manager to manage a team of Financial Services Auditors. You will be responsible for managing the team on a daily basis but will also deal with the more complex audits and get involved in adding value to the business.

Who we're looking for
Need to be credible and have the ability to engage with senior management and the audit committee. Good interpersonal skills MUST be qualified IIA, ACA, ACCA - degree preferable.
The successful candidate will ideally be doing an Internal Audit role within another Financial Services business. However, our client will also consider strong internal auditors from Industry or practice.
You will be in control of the delivery of financial and operational audits, controls and compliance reviews as directed by the business.
You will be a senior member to the team and you will be required to offer your support to identify process improvements and reducing costs.
