Deloitte is expected to announce a joint venture between its UK and Middle East firms.
The professional services group is set to launch the initiative in Dubai by sending six of its partners to the area, according to the Telegraph.
Called Deloitte Corporate Finance Limited, the new venture is reported to be registered by the Dubai
Financial Services Authority.
It is set to offer
financial advice and support services, together with business modelling and specialist Islamic
finance guidance, to firms across the United Arab Emirates.
John Connoly, Deloitte Global Chairman, told the newspaper that the Middle East is a "very important room with strong sustained economic growth".
"By joining forces with the Middle East firms, we will have the scale and breadth of financial skills to provide a full range of services to clients from within and from outside the region," he added.
Deloitte was recently ranked the best overall advisory firm in Environment Risk magazine's environmental survey.
