Big 4 firm PricewaterhouseCoopers has appointed Graham Rowlands-Hempel as a director in its human resource services practice to design employee share plans and executive incentives.
He will also advise on and help design share option plans, UK Revenue approved plans, restricted stock plans, employee share ownership plans and other executive and all-employee incentive arrangements.
Mr Rowlands-Hempel was made partner at Linklaters in 1998, after joining the company four years earlier.
He worked as a
corporate tax lawyer before specialising in employee and executive awards.
Carol Dempsey, partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, said: "At a time when companies are giving extra consideration to the way they reward their employees of all levels, Graham Rowlands-Hempel is an important addition to our growing reward team."
Meanwhile, PricewaterhouseCoopers disclosed an eight per cent rise in total gross revenues for the fiscal year ended June 30th and, at variable exchange rates, this was as high as 14 per cent.
