A surgeon who donated a kidney to his wife is now asking her to return it or pay $1.5 million (£1 million) in compensation.
Dr Richard Batista saved his wife Dawnell's life in 2001 with the kidney, after she became ill.
However, he claims she repaid the favour by having an affair before filing for divorce.
Dr Batista's lawyer Dominic Barbara explained: "In theory we are asking for the return of the kidney. Of course, he wouldn't really ask for that, but the value of it. This has never been done before in the state of New York."
The couple are still fighting to reach a divorce settlement.
Meanwhile, an armed robber was arrested when he tried to pay off his overdraft minutes after holding up the same bank with a shotgun, reports ananova.com.
The man demanded that tellers in the Kredi Bank in the Serbian ski resort Nova Varos hand over the equivalent of £30,000 in cash, but when he returned minutes later without the balaclava, staff recognised his distinctive red shoes and called the police.
