Mr Beswitherick has left his position as chief financial officer of medical technology company Myconostica to join Broca, where he will replace the outgoing Jocelyn Morgan.

He has also had spells as group company secretary of Trader Media and interim group financial controller at electronics business Zetex.
Welcoming Mr Beswitherick's appointment, Broca's managing director Ian Price said: "He has experience in a wide range of industries and with a number of companies in their early development. We look forward to drawing on this experience
as we drive the business forward."
