Formula 1 team's assets to be sold on eBay The assets of a Formula One team are set be sold on the online auction site eBay.

Japanese-based team Super Aguri withdrew from the World F1 Championships in May.

Administrators PKF have been given instructions to sell its assets, including a race car used during its debut season, after failing to receive an offer, despite several reported expressions of interest in the business.

When first appointed, PKF said they were looking to sell the business "as an on-going concern to a company or individual looking to launch a Formula One or other motorsport operation".

Super Aguri is the latest in a long line of unconventional things being sold on eBay.

In the US, a Christian pastor and his family are being auctioned off to prospective congregations after their search for a non-demonitional church to head proved fruitless, reports CBS42.com.
