How do I get notifications from the app?
To get notified of new opportunities, you will need to make sure that notifications are enabled. Visit the Settings tab on the app and check that “allow notifications” is toggled on. You have the choice to receive notifications instantly or when 5 new job matches are available, as well as the option to select your preferred time to receive notifications.
To start receiving notifications for relevant jobs, go to the search tab, enter your desired job title and location, hit "search" and then select "save search" in the top right corner.
How can I change or delete notifications?
On the search tab select “saved searches” and you will see all the searches for which you are receiving notifications. To deactivate a saved search, swipe left on it and select “delete”. To stop all notifications, select “clear all searches” at the bottom of the search list.
How do I clear my notification alerts from the app icon?
Clear your notifications by clicking onto them from your home screen or through the notification centre.
