High Earning Potential for Job Seeking Accountants
Recent data garnered by the GAAPweb team revealed that the number of high salary jobs added to site is undergoing a period of growth.
Most significantly, the number of jobs tagged in the £120,000 - £129,999 per annum salary bracket was 23% higher than the month before.
However, increases were also seen across the £100,000 - £109,999 and £110,000 - £119,999 brackets – of 19% and 15% respectively – while the £130,000 - £149,999 bracket experienced growth of 10%.
Jobs at the top of the pay scale, offering £150,000 or more, increased by 8%.
This information aligns with indications in the most recent KPMG and REC UK Report on Jobs that there was “a further steep increase in salaries awarded to permanent joiners in October […] offered in order to attract and secure suitably skilled staff.”
