The London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) host a series of videos with key industry and business leaders called the Great Minds series. They recently interviewed James Penny, who is Managing Director at Barclays Wealth.
James spoke about some of the key challenges facing the wealth management industry at the moment, notably the introduction of new technology and clients becoming more demanding in what they require. These challenges have led to recent new products such as voice and fingertip biometric systems and video banking.
James Penny also discusses the gender gap and how Barclays have been successful in resolving this.
