Robertson Bell Finance are proud to be exclusively partnered with Southern Housing Group in their search for a Management Accounting Manager to be based at their office in Horsham, West Sussex.

This dynamic and multifaceted Group have an annual rent revenue of £160m and are now at an exciting stage of their development. This newly defined role; Management Accounting Manager will have full autonomy to shape the management reporting function and truly make it your own. It is an exciting time with plenty of interesting and CV enhancing work to be done. You will lead the management accounts team through the month end process and produce accurate reporting and KPI's for the business, as well as assisting in the annual budget and forecast cycles for the Group. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
*Manage, coach and develop a team of part qualified management accountants, ensuring outstanding customer service across the business
*Lead the team to produce the month end reporting and KPI's for all companies
*Manage the production of business unit management accounts and budget holder reports
*Consolidation of the Group Management Accounts
*Participate in non - accounting projects to bring about continuous improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of business operations
*Define strong policies and processes for the management reporting function
The successful candidate could be working in any business sector but must have a demonstrable track record of delivery and success. You will be a qualified accountant with the gravitas needed to execute this role. Strong communication skills will be key, as is having the ability to build rapport with your finance and non-finance colleagues.
