Robertson Bell Finance are proud to be exclusively partnered with Southern Housing Group in their search for a Treasury & Pension Officer to be based at their head office in Farringdon, London.

This dynamic and multifaceted Group have an annual rent revenue of £160m and are now at an exciting stage of their development. This newly created role; Treasury & Pension Officer will support the Treasury & Pension Manager with all aspects of the Groups treasury functions. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
*Working closely with the Treasury & Pensions Manager in assessing short, medium and long term funding requirements of the business
*Assist in identifying suitable properties to charge from across the Group portfolio and manage the administration of pre-existing charges
*Working closely with your finance colleagues to monitor and control cashflow both in respect of funding and also in the area of investment of surplus funds
*Assist in clearly and accurately reporting to the Group and external parties on the latest trading/ performance of the Group
*Proactively review existing treasury and pension processes and making improvements where needed
The successful candidate could be working in any business sector, although experience working in the housing sector will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills and inquisitive mind is key, as is having the ability to work effectively with minimal day to day supervision. You will be studying towards a relevant qualification; accounting, treasury or banking and you will be driven to progress your career.
