A branded consumer insurance business is looking to bring on board an Interim Finance Business Partner to assist the Health & Benefits team, based in their London office with travel to Brighton as required, £425-£450 per day.


The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Supporting the Health & Benefits function of the business from a finance perspective
  • Working between the Actuarial and Health & Benefits teams to understand the wider effects of insurance claims on the business
  • Working through, understanding and converting data to present to senior management staff/non finance individuals
  • Challenging where appropriate to ensure that you are gathering the correct information & add value


The successful candidate:


  • Will be a qualified accountant
  • Have a proven track record of business partnering and working with non-finance functions
  • Experience in creating/developing internal relationships quickly
  • Ability to understand & analyse large quantities of data
  • Will be hands-on, motivated and driven to hit targets/achieve results
  • Can hit the ground running, self-starter
  • Ability to challenge/deal with challenging conversations while maintaining strong internal relationships
