Goodman Masson are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a well-known London based charity for 12 months (maternity cover). This post joins a dynamic and fast paced team where you will also receive an initial handover.
You will be responsible for:
*Responsible for preparing timely and accurate monthly management accounts and other financial reports, complying with all relevant accounting policies and requirements.
*Act as a financial partner to the relevant leadership teams to ensure all financial issues are robustly and effectively managed and reported.
*Support operational management to drive business performance to achieve agreed targets.
*Manage the balance sheet, cash flow and credit control routines
*Work closely with the Commercial teams to understand and influence business performance and manage risks.
*Accountable for accurate cash flow forecasting
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working within a charity but this is not essential. They will also have great interpersonal skills and thrive within a dynamic team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career within a small but growing organisation.
