Robertson Bell are working closely with a large property group based in Central London with a turnover of several hundred million pounds. This well-known organisation is currently going through significant growth due to a recent merger and acquisition. As a result, the organisation now have an urgent requirement for an Interim Financial Accountant to join their fast paced and exciting team for a period of nine to twelve months contract.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will particularly focus on delivering accurate forecasting of funding costs and income while producing high quality reports for Senior Management. This is an excellent time to be joining the organisation as they are about to embark on the implementation of a new system, and this position will be a key part in delivering streamlined processes and procedures. The Financial Accountant is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reconciling inter-company accounts on a monthly basis and delivering year-end.
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant but my client will consider candidates at the last stage of their accounting qualification as this is an excellent opportunity to build a career within an organisation that promotes growth within. You must be technically strong and have a keen eye for detail. Treasury accounting experience is advantageous. Individuals from all sectors are highly welcomed, (those with audit background are encouraged to apply).
