My client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join its stable accounts team. The company has grown from strength to strength over the recent years and has established itself firmly within its target markets. The role itself is a real mixture of bookkeeping, office management and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of accounts and the transport industry and a good level of experience.
*Ownership of the sales ledger function
*Collation of information for weekly wages, holiday pay and absence.
*All HR and legal legislation around areas of the wider business
*Dealing with multi-currency invoicing and expenses.
*Administration around the wider business group involving employee records.
*Dealing with customers to gain order numbers.

The Individual:
*Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
*A real team player
*Excellent communication and telephone skills
*A self starter
*Accounts and/or Transport Industry knowledge
