Watford Public Practice Firm require Qualified ACCA or ACA Accountant Manager Audit and Accounts

This long-established practice has an excellent client portfolio in the local region. Its clients include OMB's, SME's, high net worth entrepreneurs and AIM listed businesses. Planning for longer-term succession it is now looking to appoint a qualified accountant who has the skill and experience to join the business as a Manager. In this role, you will contribute to day-to-day management of audit and accounting services whilst helping to deliver the firm's longer-term strategic plan. You will be responsible for continuing the growth of the business and a diverse portfolio of clients and associated services. As an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant, experience with an independent, Top 20 or second tier firm is preferable. However, the ability to engage with and develop high-quality OMB and SME clients is essential. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven individual with strong management skills and a good understanding of accounts, audit, business strategy and client advisory.
