A temporary Finance Business Partner Job based in Sheffield paying up to £260 per day dependent on experience.

Hays Senior Finance are recruiting on an exclusive basis for a high-calibre, self-motivated Financial Business Partner for a large and prestigious organisation based in Sheffield. This organisation is an industry leading business with a rich and established history. They are looking to improve its financial support to the operations by establishing a strong culture of business partnering throughout the organisation. The Finance Director of the business is driving change into the business and establishing this new position which will be based from their Central Sheffield offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a fast paced and changing organisation.

Your new role
You will join an established and focussed Finance team in a position which will give you an excellent level of exposure within the business. Expecting to last for 3+ months, this interim assignment will require a strong Finance professional who has established business partnering experience. You will be heavily involved in Financial Modelling, change management and risk reporting. You should be fully qualified and comfortable working in a corporate professional environment with a friendly approach to business.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you should have several years post qualification experience and have superior experience in Financial modelling. Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA are required. Furthermore, experience within data interpretation to produce Management Information would be highly beneficial. The role will also involve Budgeting, product analysis and subsequent forecasting, thus relevant exposure will be useful.

What you'll get in return
In return for 37.5 hours per week, over an estimated 6-8 week period, this interim assignment will add excellent experience to your profile. This position will be paying in the region of £45,000 equivalent for this temporary assignment, dependent on experience. The role is flexible around you and the company can accommodate a certain level of flexibility into your assignment.
