Large Corporate organisation is looking to appoint an Interim Corporate Tax Manager to assist them for a period of 3- 6 months. This is a busy department where you will be required to handle a number of different tasks which are detailed below:
- Lead the corporate tax compliance and tax reporting for this large organisation
- Lead and prepare the UK Corporation Tax returns for group companies
- Prepare quarterly tax outlook, quarterly and annual reporting figures, and tax figures for inclusion in long-term cash flow forecasts
- Pro-actively liaise with the US tax team to explain the UK tax position
- Assist HMRC enquiries
- Manage the Corporate Tax Analyst to assist to lead, coach and mentor
- Support the Head of Tax with any project work required
You will be a qualified tax professional who has worked within large blue chip corporate environments. You will be highly professional and be able to master detail as well as being able to retain a strategic viewpoint., as well as being an expert in your professional field.
