Transformation Accountant

I am currently working with one of the best regarded Private Equity firms in the industry who are looking for a qualified accountant to join their Investment team in a newly created role.

The firm have an excellent reputation and are known for employing the highest caliber candidates with an emphasis on development and training at all levels making this an excellent opportunity for you to work with some of the best in the business.

This scope of this role goes far beyond the standard accounting position. Not only will you be completing the finances for and analysing the existing and potential investments but a major element of the role will be focused on process, model and system enhancement across the finance department. This will give you real responsibility from day one to lead change across the business.

Due to the nature of the role they are looking for someone with the genuine motivation to innovate and challenge the status quo. They are ideally looking for someone who is recently ACA qualified (or equivalent) with an excellent academic record and strong IT skills.
