Finance Manager

This dynamic, market leading engineering business is seeking an ambitious Finance Manager - Projects to join the business as it continues its impressive growth phase and to lead a significant transformation process across the finance function. This will be a highly visible role, with extensive exposure to senior management and key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will:

• Play an integral role in supporting the divisional, regional and local management teams in a troubleshooting capacity
• Coordinating and supporting finance orientated projects across the group ranging from high level strategic projects across regions through to process and systems support for local business units
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for the entire group
• Analysing new and exciting business initiatives and providing commercial decision support on contract negotiations

The successful candidate will be a 'hands on' qualified accountant with extensive experience of operating in a project focused environment. With strong interpersonal skills, you will have the gravitas and ability to influence across all levels. You will be comfortable working in fast moving culture and will be adept at prioritising workloads.
