Head of FP&A

Key accountabilities will include leading the annual Divisional planning process including developing guidance and conducting business reviews, communicating with senior leadership figures on a regular basis and preparing materials for corporate review, owning the reforecasting process and providing timely quarterly forecasts that highlight both risk and opportunity, providing astute flash and long term Divisional financial information required for investor reporting, leading key change projects and partnering senior stakeholders across growth projects, analysing financial performance versus budget and implementing the required operational KPIs, leading/developing direct reports and deputising for the FD when required.

The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with ambition and demonstrable operational experience gained from within a large consumer/customer business. Applicants must possess the gravitas to manage senior stakeholders and be able to thrive within a changing environment.
