Commercial Finance Analyst / Accountant
Prescot (Commutable from Manchester, Liverpool, St Helens, Warrington, Runcorn, Wigan)
Salary £30,000 - £40,000
Our client now have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Finance Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will produce financial reports for forecasting and sales margins, as well as track promotional and other selling expenses with the aim of driving future sales.
This position will require insightful analysis of key promotional activities, sales and margin variances and expenses in order to drive business forward, as well as interpreting large quantities of data to successfully improve product and customer margin and profitability.
The successful candidate will have experience in accountancy, gained within a complex manufacturing / distribution environment. CIMA qualified (or Finalist), you will have advanced IT skills, in particular ERP systems / Excel and be highly numerate and analytical. We are looking for an excellent communicator, who can build successful cross functional relationships.
