Payroll Manager
My client, a well-known hospitality group, require an experienced Payroll Manager to join their finance team on a fixed-term contract basis, to start immediately at their London head office.

The Role:
- Ownership of the payroll function, day to day activities and workload
- Managing the monthly pay run process for 500+ employees across multiple sites, ensuring this is processed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with current tax and other regulations
- Acting as first point of contact for any pay related queries across the business
- Preparation of all payroll documentation
- Compliance with statutory reporting requirements
- Completing month-end processes and submissions
- Possess a “can do” attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, well organised and ability to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
- Experience performing in a similar role previously
- Good working knowledge of payroll systems, especially Fourth would be an advantage
