Management Accountant

My client, a high end and diverse luxury real estate company is looking to recruit a high calibre and ambitious Management Account.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the end to end budget and forecasting processes for two key business units
• Production of monthly cost reporting and headcount reconciliations for two key business units
• Work closely with business managers and Financial Control team to ensure accurate expense accruals are recognised monthly
• Manage the budget and forecasting processes
• Consolidate and compile monthly financial and management account information
• Provide accurate forecasting via the cash-flow forecast, overhead & project costs spreadsheets.
