Finance Manager

*Be a fully Qualified Accountant - preferably a Big 4 ACA
*Have in depth technical skills including detailed up to date knowledge of IFRS
*Strong organisational skills to ensure that the group meets deadlines and that all external reporting requirements are properly signed-off and submitted in a timely manner
*Owning the subsidiary statutory accounts process, management accounting, month end close process, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
*Act as the primary technical accounting point of contact for the wider accounting team and resolving all queries relating to both month end and year end
*Adhering to Group accounting policies and relevant governance - ensuring that they are updated on a timely basis to reflect changes in accounting standards
*Liaise with external auditors when necessary
