Fund Accountant / Investment Accountant

Circle Square Talent is recruiting for a global, leading Real Estate firm are currently searching for a fund financial controller to join their investment management team. This position will work on their top performing real estate debt investment fund, with a focus towards due diligence and the day to day structuring of new debt investment. The aim for the business is to recruit someone with the potential of becoming a specialist in their Loan Investment Portfolio. 

The role primarily involves full financial reporting for the fund, presenting information to the senior management team and external investors. The main responsibilities are as follows:

• NAV reporting on the performance of the funds vehicles
• Cash management / treasury management and cash flow reporting
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Statutory and financial reporting
• Audit preparation
• Financial administration
• Regulatory compliance 

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, educated to degree level with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in fund accounting in a Real Estate / Property environment.

Ideal attributes include; strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and the ability to be highly organised and work with a methodical approach. The candidate must have a passion for the real estate industry and the drive to necessary to become a single point of contact to fund finances.
