I am exclusively representing a growing property developers based in Central London for a fully qualified Finance Manager.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:
- Inter company accounts
- CIS/VAT returns
- Monthly management accounts
- Financial accounts
- Some transnational finance including invoice processing
- Manage the payroll
- Assist with improving financial systems
- Make sure all policies and procedures are adhere too
- Monthly interaction with the CEO to discuss figures
The ideal candidate will be:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience within property/construction
- Autonomous and self motivated
- Excellent communicator and confident
