Hays are currently working in partnership with a FTSE company in order to assist them in the recruitment of a Finance Graduate. We are looking for a driven, progressive and hungry finance graduate, who is looking for a position where they will be given the opportunity for fast track progression as a form of succession planning.

The role you will initially start in is as a Cash Reconciliation and Reporting Analyst. The objective of the role is to assist in the accurate recording and communication of accounting information.

You will ensure that all cash and banking is correctly recorded, monitored and reconciled between the accounts system and the business bank account. This will include downloading bank transactions on a daily basis (1000 BACS receipts, 2000 cheques and 2000 credit card transactions as well as 2000 cash receipts per month), complex reconciliations and the posting of cash and receipts to the cashbook. You will then analyse and report your findings back to the Finance Controller.
