Corporate Finance Executive

Working within this experienced team, this is an excellent "experience building role". You will either be an ambitious individual working in corporate finance/ transaction services looking to move into a well established practice, or be working within practice and have an excellent grounding in audit and advisory but looking for a move into corporate finance.

The role will involve working with a range of companies from medium sized businesses through to listed businesses. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of financial information to support a wide range of corporate finance areas including management by-outs, acquisitions, disposals and fundraising
• Assisting with the preparation of business plans and financial forecast models
• Research and providing support to members of the corporate finance team
• Networking within the local market and building a strong relationship with intermediaries

Individuals must be able to demonstrate commerciality, have excellent communication skills. You will ideally be ACA/ACCA/CA qualified or near to qualification. Individuals must demonstrate commercial flair and the energy and drive to work in this highly successful environment.
