greenwellgleeson is working exclusively with an expanding service sector business who are seen as one of the leaders in their sector. As the Finance Controller you will report directly to the FD and be a key point of contact with multiple stakeholders across the business.
The key duties in the role will include:-
* Production of the half year and full year consolidated accountants* Supporting the monthly accounting process
* Take responsibility for reporting into group and managing information request from group* Manage cashflow and subsequent forecasting* Ensuring robust balance sheet controls and develop a best in class internal controls framework
* Management of the transactional finance processes and team To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:-
* Excellent technical accounting skills and updated accounting knowledge* Experience of working in a large accounting firm (they will consider first time movers) or experience in industry in a complex group* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills* Ability to facility and lead change management projects
