We are looking for a bright and able Commercial Assistant Manager/Manager to work directly with the Partner, Director and Senior Manager within our Client's South Buckinghamshire office and become part of the team which provides a wide range of audit, accounting, corporate tax services to our clients.

The role
Our Client's Buckinghamshire office advises businesses ranging from subsidiaries of overseas holding companies and large corporate groups of companies to small family companies.
In addition to commercial companies in service/manufacturing industries, they also deal with professional partnerships, landed estates, financial service companies, sports and entertainment businesses, entrepreneurs, and not for profit organisations and charities.
Their aim is to provide outstanding service in a professional and efficient manner tailored to give the client the benefit of exceptional advice and maximum added value.
We are looking for a bright and able Commercial Assistant Manager/Manager to work directly with the Partner, Director and Senior Manager to become part of the team which provides a wide range of audit, accounting, corporate tax services to our clients.

Responsibilities
The role would involve managing a select portfolio of clients on a day to day basis, looking after those clients' needs, planning audits, supervising staff and assisting the managers with training.
The role will also involve working on the more technical audits of the office portfolio, both in the office and at client premises, overseeing a small team when onsite.

The individual
The successful applicant will be an outgoing and resilient self-starter.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are important and the role will require an extremely high level of ability and commitment coupled with the flexibility to work within a small office and a larger firm.
The ideal applicant will have the opportunity to be able to develop their marketing skills and the ability to generate new business.
