Growing Retail business seek hands on finance manager

Your new company
Growing retail company close to Alton seek to appoint a hands on Finance Manager to assist them as they seek to grow their business into 2017 and beyond.

Your new role
You will take the lead local role in finance producing the P&L, running the month end process whilst ensuring the business have value adding management information in order to drive decisions. You will lead the local team whilst managing cash flow, leading process improvement whilst maintaining a rigourous financial control environment. You will produce the annual budgets and run any forecasting requirements over the course of the year.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally a qualified accountant with prior experience working within a professional corporate environment where you have been required to work in a hands on manner. It is preferred if you have exposure to Sage and that your CV demonstrates prior success in driving process improvements and efficiencies within a finance function.
