My retained client has experienced strong and consistent year on year growth, and is now looking to appoint a Finance & Commercial Director who will play a key part in the next stage of their continued expansion.
The role will be varied and challenging, so an ability to work across all areas of the business is essential. On a day to day basis you will :-
- Shape and deliver a financial and commercial vision to support key corporate objectives.
- Be responsible for the financial stewardship of the business, supporting global growth across the UK & Australia.
- Lead, coach and develop the Finance team.
- Be heavily involved in shaping commercial propositions and negotiations
The successful candidate will be a confident and credible qualified accountant with circa 10 years finance and commercial experience, and be comfortable operating at Board level. Knowledge of working in a fast paced SME or professional services environment is essential, as is the necessary gravitas to operate at Board level.
